This site is devoted to my beautiful son, Jake Seppel Steinbrecher. The Good Day Pharmacy compounding error of 1000 times the concentration of Clonidine. The Clonidine overdose, the criminal negligence resulting in my son’s suffering, and wrongful death. These events occurred at Good Day Pharmacy, Poudre Valley Hospital, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and the Larimer County Coroner’s Office.
